How do I add a record?
Open the Add tab and either scan the barcode on the sleeve, or tap Search by Title and type the artist or album. Pick the right match and choose a folder to save it to.
A record has no barcode, or it won't scan. What now?
Lots of older or rare pressings have no barcode — that's normal. Just use Search by Title instead. You can also enter a barcode number by hand from the scan screen.
Do I need a Discogs account?
You can start right away. For your own search allowance (recommended), open Profile and tap Log In with Discogs to connect your own free Discogs account. You log in on Discogs' own site — the app never sees your password.
Is my collection backed up?
Your collection is stored privately on your device. Deleting the app removes it, so keep that in mind before uninstalling. (Optional cloud backup is planned for a future update.)
Do cover images work offline?
Yes. Once a cover has loaded, it's cached on your device so your collection still looks right without a connection.
Can a record be in more than one folder?
Each record lives in exactly one folder, which keeps things simple. You can move a record to another folder anytime from its detail screen or by swiping it in a folder.
